Event Report: Columbia Generating Station supervisor found unfit for duty

The Columbia Generating Station in Washington state informed the NRC this morning that a non-licensed employee supervisor had tested positive for a controlled substance in a random Fitness for Duty Test. Columbia has terminated the supervisor’s plant access.
