Fukushima hit by 5.9 earthquake

The Wall Street Journal reported this morning:

An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 5.9 shook Fukushima Prefecture and its vicinity in eastern Japan on Sunday night, the Japan Meteorological Agency said, according to the Kyodo News Agency.
