Update: Hamaoka reactors to suspend operations

Kyodo News just reported that Chubu Electric will close its three reactors at Hamaoka, following a report from the Ministry of Education saying that there was an 87% chance of an 8.0 earthquake striking the area in the next thirty years. Chubu is considering building a new seawall at the site.
