Update: Hamoaka may be closed for two years

ABC says that the shutdown of three reactors at Hamaoka in Japan may last for two years.

Chubu Electric, owners of Hamaoka, plans to build a forty to fifty foot seawall along a mile of coastline. The company expects that project to take three years.
