Event Report: Stoned on Duty at Arizona nuke

Wednesday afternoon, a contract employee supervisor at the Palo Verde nuclear power plant in Arizona tested positive for an illegal substance in a Fitness for Duty screening. The supervisor’s access to the plant has been terminated.
